  Picked up the INC 100 Dynamic Whey 2kg for $45.49. They also have the 2kg INC wpi for $69.99. Pretty good price for local stock protein. Never seen or tried it, so not sure about the taste.

    Check the sugar content if it's less than 10 percent then all good

      True, checked out the macros and it didn't look to bad, so decided to give it a try. But if your worried about the suger, fat and carbohydrates, then go for the wpi. At my local chemist warehouse, they also threw in some sample INC products, which sweetened the deal ;)

        Thats looks pretty good. 76% Protein and less then 6% sugar but for protein powder i prefer ON 4.5KG bags which can usually be had for around $140. Currently EC got a deal running for $128

        Yeah, I saw that deal, but thats a bit dear for me at the moment. Just tried it and the taste is good, a bit clumpy when stirred, but still drinkable.
