I came across the Boori outlet store which had better discounts than other store for discontinued lines.
I ordered a cot and got it delivered in melbourne for $88. It was still cheaper than local stores.
The delivery guys (Hunter Express) were horrible. But Boori was prompt in answering emails and calls.
They offer pick up from warehouse near sydney as well.
I could not find many deals and Boori or kids Nursery furniture. So posting this. Please remove if not relevant.
Actually the sale is more than 30% from RRP. It's around 45% for the products below RRP. Many shops do sell this brand at RRP. And indeed, the price of these products has gone up since they set those RRPs (maybe Aussie dollar). If we check http://www.babybunting.com.au/furniture.html?brand=1442&cat=… we can see that the outlet price is around 55% less than the current prices of new equivalents (i.e. cheapest 3-in-1 cot is $679 at Baby Bunting, but it's $299 at the Boori outlet). If stock levels on the site are to be trusted, there's only a handful of each cot available, so this is a clearance of the discontinued models.
The Boori convertible cots are very nice. They will last for a long time (from ~6 months to about 5 years) because they can go through three different modes from high cot to low cot to bed. When a toddler starts climbing over the rails (but hopefully before they make a thud in the night from climbing over and injuring themselves), just take the cot rail off and you don't need to buy a bed.

I also like the idea of the 5-in-one ($399), which will transform into a set of chairs once you're done with it. After 5 years, a cot will get quite a bit of chew marks and scratches. I believe that they are solid wood so can be refinished, but you would need to be very careful in choosing the nontoxic paints/finishes.

I doubt your baby will mind that it's a discontinued colour :) Good source for parts too from the look.
