Thinking of going to Rockpool or Aria in Sydney soon, and I've done a search and cannot find any discounts for these places at all.
I'm happy to pay full price if I have to, but a discount is always nice.

Often Scoopon has deals to buy credit, so 50$ buys 100$ in a restaurant etc etc.. buy and use as many as you like. Not sure of the quality of the restaurants though. But you can do some research.
Do you have an AMEX card? They might be a small business participating in this deal…
Don't know about discounts but if you have a Citibank card you can get a free bottle of wine at many of these fancy restaurants. Its a free account and very handy for free overseas withdrawals and good exchange rate as well.
