Recommendation for a Outdoor Security Camera with Night Vision

Hey guys,

Long story short i have a annoying neighbor and i reckon getting a security camera will fix this. I am looking for a wireless security camera which has a continuous loop feature and has night vision as a car is sometimes parked outside on the side street. The range between the car and the house is around 20 meters so a camera with the resolution is required.

    Haven't tried any of those cams personally but I would recommend getting at least a 2mp camera if you want a decent resolution. Also research what it is like at night as a lot of cameras use cheaper ir less which illuminate a lot but can turn wash out anything in close making it hard to see any facial features etc.

    I have one of this camera.

    I can say that the night vision is not as good as you think. I think it is clear for 5 to 10 meters (which it is the length of my front yard) but i will need to add another infra-red led at the end of the yard, otherwise it is not able to clearly see the whole yard. Motion wise is good but it is hard to record details(number plate/ face).

    Also this camera have no build in slot for SD card so you can not 24/7 recording accept you buy a NVR or turn on your computer 24/7 and record onto your computer.

    I would suggest to get a 1080P camera(i did not own any so I can not say that it will 100% fit).
