I have an Xbox One and a 360. I heard about that G2A deal where you get $100 AUD of Xbox credit for about $50 USD which is about $60 AUD. Add a few bucks for Paypal fees etc.
$60 for $100 credit? Sounds good.
Here's the problem. On my 360 I can no longer buy anything. It says I have some purchasing block due to alleged region tomfoolery. Here's an incident number, call up.
On my Xbox One there's no problem. I just bought some Forza DLC yesterday.
So what am I to make of this? Do I even call up? I say no since I still have $50+ worth of credit. I'm never buying any more 360 shizz anyway. I reckon if I call up they will take away all my credit and leave me to the Russians at G2A. Once I'm out of credit I'll call.
Its well known that the Xbox One has a pile of bugs that in many cases, benefits the user… eg. I am no longer a Live Gold customer and yet I can still play the games I shouldnt be entitled to.
The 360 being a 10yr old platform has the bugs ironed out.
Will I buy G2A currency again? Knowing what I know, maybe doubtful.
Please don't buy anything from G2A, it's fairly well documented that much of what they sell was purchased with stolen credit cards. Probably why you are have having trouble with Microsoft.
