Ho chi minh to Phuket

then

phuket to hong kong

from hong kong back to ho chi minh

airasia has pretty cheap flights especially if you get them early
most of them are 0 fare flights and just pay for taxes etc.

Airasia & Tigerairways would be the leading SE Asian low cost carriers. Airasia has more routes.
