      mine too after pulling apart a brand new unit I bought for my daughters b'day before giving it to her….

      just a word of warning the 10000mah is at 3.6V its only about 6000mah at 5.1 which is very dodgy.

    I think my power banks from BG a while back took around 3-4 weeks. If it doesn't come by end of the 4th week chase up with them.
