In my opinion, I would go for it as your risks are covered by ebay & paypal.
Not untill you pay to ship it back it isnt. I wouldn't waste one of the paypal returns and fees for making a claim on this.
Stay on the safe side with sd cards.
Fake or wrong picture in listing. Packaging shows shows incorrect speed for this model (SDC10G2/64GBFR).

Kingston marks these as 45MB/s and that's the max you can hope to get with general read speeds being in the 10-20MB/s range.
They sell for $25.- locally with free pick up, not sure if worth the hassle…
The seller has 100% feedback & the price is decent. Looks legit.
Depends on what you need it for but I just bought a new MicroSD for my S7 & personally think the SanDisk 64GB Extreme Pro version is the best on the market. Cost me $65 though, which I thought was decent.
The Samsung one is better than this model from Kingston. I used this for long time-lapse with my Gopro. It caused my Gopro to stop after few hours.
I bought a 128Gb card from an ebay seller last night for a bargain. He had good history with 100% positive.
But it was so cheap I thought probably a fake.
So I sent him a message saying I would like to cancel my order if the card is a fake.
So he cancelled my order. :)
Hard to tell if this one's a fake. Maybe a really good bargain, but it's so hard to tell until you get it. There are so many fakes around.
Fake Alert!??
Low feedback score 632. I would not risk it.
Edit: one of the +ve feedbacks: MicroSD card didn't work, failed tests. Must have been faulty. Returned refunded
