  • Went here last time for the special. Pork ribs are really good. Huge serving. same size or just abit bigger than hurricanes servings.

    • Better than Hurricane's though?

      • Not as saucy but I enjoyed it! Works out a hell of a lot cheaper too.

  • Looks like a pretty good combo deal. Nice one. But how is the spend $50 get $15 a 15% off?

    • Split the bill across multiple cards?

    • Updated the post

  • So basically if you spend $100 on food you get it for $50 and $15 back to make it $35.

How does the 50% off work do you need to mention it when dineing after booking with dimmi

    • You tell them that it's a Dimmi special booking when you enter and 50% is usually reflected in the bill.

    • They'll have it there in the system, so long as you booked through Dimmi and selected the 50% special. It's best to check with the restaurant directly when you get there to avoid any surprises.

  • They got rid of the chilli chicken pizza lunch special. tears were shed that day.

Is it just me or has Dimmi increased the threshold for redeeming $50 rewards to 10,000 from 8,000?

    • They have increased the redemption points to 10000 starting 01/04

      • Thanks spk. Annoying change though… Gotta make another 50% off booking sometime in the future. Good thing that they come fairly regularly.

        • FYI: Points aren't earned on 50% off deal bookings anymore, which really really sucks.

        • @Mr Asobi: Points are not earned on selected specials. It will be displayed on booking page.

I have got 2000 points for this resto, though its on special. 1000 for booking and 1000 for review

        • @Mr Asobi: Oh? I think I saw 1000 points for the booking that I made..

  • Thanks

  • Long time have not found a nice restaurant for decent deal from Dimmi.

    Nice find Dimmi.

  • It said available :
    When
    26 Apr 2016 - 07 May 2016
Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM

But after selected special this Friday to Sunday have been grey out also none of the Saturday able to make booking

    • Because it's not available on Saturdays and Mother's Day.

      • Also Friday night as well 6/5/2016

        • Actually I'm not sure if the special has been removed. Because I can't seem to access it anymore.

    • All ozbargainers should wear the Dick Smith shirts when dining here so we can say hello.

  • Just to be clear, there are no limit from the Dimmi half price promo right? It's just that you need to eat a minimum of $50 to get the amex deal? Correct me if im wrong.

    • food only. no drinks.

      • hmmm…just about to book it and the promo dissapeared. Did they take it down?

        • Just worked out why. The restaurant gets advertised for a week starting Tuesday and you can book during that week for the special. On the Tuesday of the next week, a new special starts running. This weeks isn't anything special. Maybe good for a lunch stop if you're in the area.

    Ate her last night.

For 50% off I'd say it's definitely worth it. With the $15 AMEX statement credit it was awesome (came to ~$37).

Funny thing was the cashier, who I think was someone somewhat senior, was about to be all smiley and nice, asking me how the food was, until I said "btw I booked through Dimmi". He hesitated for a moment, seemed like he was about to say something like "we don't do promo for…", then he asked for my name, checked the list, took 50% off, took my payment and off I went. No asking how I was or anything. hahahaha
