Just buy one and taste it before going nuts buying more. It has a strange taste. 100% natural , but also says

INGREDIENTS: COCONUT WATER (98%), FRUCTOSE POWDER

so dont confuse 100% natural with 100% juice

  coconut milk and coconut cream are from the coconut flesh. coconut water is the liquid inside the coconut.
