How do I replace the line on a Ryobi 36v dual spool cordless trimmer?

Does anyone own the Ryobi one plus 36v line trimmer, and can kindly educate me on how to replace the line on this darn thing?!

I found a manual online but the instructions (destructions) are so confusing.

Click open the base cap, pull the spool out, and wind on some more cord.

  there should be arrows showing which way the cord should be wound.

I've got the ryobi trimmer but not the same one. i think you need to pass the line from one end (hole) until it pops out from the other. pull it to make it equal and then twist the knob anti clockwise to the desired length.

Hey guys, is the head meant to be auto feed? Or do i have to wind out more line when I am short.

  It should auto feed by bumping the head on the ground pushing in the centre part.
