I have never had that. Been quite pleased with their support.
So far my support tickets got answered in an impressive turn around … (I would say I had around 10 in the last 5 years and always got an answer within 1-3 hours).
Not sure how easy your support tickets were to resolve, but I had issues with my service going down every night around 1 AM, and the support tickets I raised went through the loops multiple times because they never found the cause. The tickets kept self closing after they said they would 'get back to me'. So I moved to another host and never looked back.
I standby my comment, even if your experience has been different.

It's odd to hear that your eTickets kept closing themselves and sounds as though this was a bug in our system. We haven't had any complaints regarding this particular issue and we feel that it is important to note that the procedures surrounding our support system are put into place in an attempt to ensure that all customer's problems are resolved prior to an eTicket being closed.

If you want to ensure your customer's support tickets are resolved prior to closing, you should remove the requirement that a customer needs to respond every single time in order to keep the ticket open. In all of these cases I mentioned, the last response was from an agent who said they are looking into the issue but needed more time. But then the ticket closed automatically due to inactivity (after they failed to actually respond).
It's not 'a bug'. It's a customer service issue.

They actually are one of the only ones who still reward existing clients. So far they always had discounted renewals in May … so just wait a bit I bet the deal comes soon …
They run a customer appreciation day at least once yearly and give you at least 25% off your renewal.
They always email existing customers this deal.
Ha, funny stuff. Companies don't grow by giving customers they already have cheap deals. That is not how you make money.
