I have Amaysim $44.90 stater packs which I purchased for $10 from Woolworths promotion.
My first month finished yesterday so I successfully ported my number to $2 Telstra sim today. I also received email for successful tranfer.
When I activated another Amaysim starter pack and tried to port number after 1 hour of receiving Telstra email, it failed. Amaysim chat representative is saying that it is because Telstra records does not show my number but then I chat with Telstra and they said my number is active with them.
I am very confused here. I dont want to lose number so how could I resolve this issue?
