Thought I'd share - think it's a good deal after the last one which was $2 more expensive.
Only tablet I could find with a full SSD in it.

Referee gets $2 in coupons. Referrer gets 10% off (if referee spends over US$10)
hahahaha!!! i have to fully agree… ordered a few times, and unless you need it urgently for a wedding or if your phone has kaput, then this isn't your site.
Not sure. Too much money for Chinese tablet without warranty.
Probably something worth mentioning is that this supports Wacom EMR technology (i.e. S-pen, Surface Pro 1 & 2, etc).
Don't trust all those gloomy amazing specifications, they are only good in paper not in reality. Usually bad are camera quality, baterry, and screen.
not sure why you were negged for that comment, absolutely true IMO

If they didn't change internal components over time:
Panel is what Microsoft used for Surface Pro 2
Battery life: 5 hours with general usage
Camera quality, they have photos posted in the review
This is a tablet-y version of Surface Pro 1 and 2 that performs better than Atom tablets (as it uses Core M).
Battery life is definitely lacklustre, but given how it's thinner and lighter than Surface Pro 1 and 2, it's more of a tradeoff (200g difference).
Wacom stylus on this tablet alone in my opinion makes the tablet stand out, since Wacom stylus (EMR, not AES) on tablets like this are fairly rare.
I didn't neg you. I thought what I've said would be something to add onto what you've said.
The tablet didn't look half bad in my opinion, though I kinda think that this price is really mediocre given how I've seen it at $400 AUD last year. If I remember correctly, I think that's before current gen Core M came out.
can you charge it with a powerbank?
Dunno, that said, since it has 12v – 2.5A charger, I highly doubt you can with those xiaomi ones.
I doubt the build quality is any good, although the specs may seem great it wouldn't last as long, probably 1-12 months at most before you notice little things that bug you and it'll die. As well as you need to take extreme care with it compared to big name products because warranty exists and I doubt 'Cube' would care about warranty.
And small Chinese brands don't feel the same as other brands/premium brands. I'm not sure why but I like heavier products and products that feel good in hand in terms of mobile devices. I have a Chinese branded phone and it doesn't feel the same as my Samsung Galaxy.
Doubt away, the people that are interested will go and read some reviews.
I have been recently researching the Chuwi Hi12 which is a 12.2" tablet using the same Samsung PLS as MS surface 3. It's quite sturdy from all I've read, offers 4GB DDR3 RAM, 64GB storage and dual booting Windows 10 + Android 5.1
For $338 AUD including shipping (geekbuying) it's amazing value for money IMO. The rose gold colour (which admittedly you do pay a premium for, $367 from memory) looks spectacular, like an iPad competitor as far as looks go.
Well if your research indicates that a Chuwi is great then it is. But I'm just speaking from experience that initially it'll seem great, but once you notice things that bug you, you wouldn't even use it again and it's more common with Chinese devices (obviously if you don't have another device to replace it you would keep using it). It's not only Chinese brands it's the same as the Microsoft Surface RT, it kept doing retarded things and was really slow so I quit using it, but it's less common with big brands than it is with smaller Chinese brands.
But obviously over time the company will notice these issues and fix them in later models of the product or just kill it like the Surface RT.
Hi12 is good tablet but does not support a pen stylus like this one. I have used Chuwi tablets and I would recommend over other Chinese tablets. I hope next time they make one with stylus support.
The latest version with dual OS is reported to support it.
Cube isn't a small Chinese brand and don't even try to compare them to an international company as large as Samsung. It's very blatant why Samsung would be better.
Cube is one of the better brands for Atom tablets. Much higher quality than some of the others like Onda.
I'd put Teclast above them though.
I have a Chinese branded phone and it doesn't feel the same as my Samsung Galaxy.
Love how you compare a $200 product to something that retails for $1150 and say it's not as good.
I'm talking about the feel in hand, not the actual performance. The design isn't well thought out and it feels weird even though it's basically the same design in terms of construction materials for the casing.
Tbat's all part of the premium package. How it looks and feels, the build quality, you're not going to get that in a $200 phone irrespective of specs.
They call it is an i7 just confuse people.
I wonder if Intel have come knocking on their door yet?
I am fairly certain their trademarks would apply to this, even though it has a cheaper Intel chip in it.
'If ya can't baffle them with brilliance…'
RIP, that confused me, I was like oh i7 for that price it's a good deal so either the quality is dodgy or they're cutting corners.
Rip off! Crap specs + no warranty.
Core M is a good processor. It's a desktop class processor, not an Atom.
This product is comparable to a Surface 3, which by the way costs about twice as much for the same specs.
But the brand and seller are crap.
I hope people who are looking for reviews on this are ignoring the comments that say "I doubt this" or "I doubt that". These people have obviously not purchased a Cube i7 and are only posting opinions that are not based on experience. I have one and I'm very happy with it. The screen is absolutely beautiful (nicer than my HP Pro x2 612, which has a very nice screen). The keyboard is good, although I tend to accidentally hit the touchpad and misplace my cursor. This is fixed by turning off the touchpad whenever I'm not using it with an easy 2-button combination. The Wacom pen works great. I use the Cube at work in meetings, taking notes in OneNote and scribbling on presentations and training manuals. The battery lasts around 6 hours on 50% I screen brightness (it doesn't need to be any brighter in the office). It's a reasonable weight, great build quality and haven't needed to worry about the warranty (or lack of) as it just keeps working. Co-workers always ask what it is and how much it costs. It's a great alternative to a Surface. I did purchase a replacement power supply so I didn't have to worry about attaching a power adapter to the Chinese power supply.
Posted by an OWNER of the Cube i7.
Thanks for the review mate I've been wanting to know about some real experience with this tablet. If anyone else who orders one on this deal could share their experience too that would be great.
