SCA postage to where I live is killer, not sure why they charge so much normally. It's also about a 100km+ round trip so the free postage looks good for me.

But I already have Repco and ToolPro spanner rolls or else I'd buy this.

Its a good deal but i would buy the toolpro brand over anything SCA sell like this one http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/online-store/products/ToolP… they are really good quality compared to what ive bought before.
