No. The E/Book vouchers from 2015/16 definitely could not be used online.The E/Book website doesn't give any indication that the 2/16/17 vouchers are going to be any different.

Great find - I stocked up on Lacteeze that haven't gone on sale for a while.
It was nice that they offered some form of compensation, but they often have products half price and if they didn't when they went back online 10% could have meant more than when they have half-price sales…
It's nice to see a company offering some compensation for going offline.
