I just called jb hifi store and they said, dell gives jbhifi different evalue code but same product. On dell website, it doesn't say an IPS display, so nothing mentioned about it being an IPs display on jb hifi website as well.

If you're willing to buy a Dell refurb, you can get it cheaper in the Dell Outlet or on gumtree.

i bought it from JB Hifi for $1500 and its great.
I have also been looking at the Dell Inspiron 7559 line. I didn't check your links as you will need to do your own research but here is what I noticed.
They seem to be screwing people on the screen - there is an IPS and a non-IPS version in the i7 range which seems to be otherwise identical so keep a watch out for that: if it does not explicitly say IPS in the specifications/description then it isn't.
This model is also turning up on Dell AU Outlet in refurbished condition (ie. tested and Dell warranty like new). They're snapped up fast but the two I've seen in a few days were 899 and 929 AUD delivered.
