Buying LED's on AliExpress - How to Know

I purchased some IR LED's from AliExpress. However there is no information about the LED's on the page and I'm finding multiple specifications on other listings.

Does anyone know what the forward voltage and current for these would be?

      That wasn't much use, this is what they said:

      reference value 3.0-32V
      5MA-20MA

      Which doesn't right…
