There is a fair bit of evidence about the effectiveness of co-enzyme Q10. See uses and strength of evidence listed here: http://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements/coenzyme-q10/evi…

CoQ10 is said to help heart failure, as well as cancer, muscular dystrophy, and periodontal disease. It is also said to boost energy and speed recovery from exercise. Some people take it to help reduce the effects certain medicines can have on the heart, muscles, and other organs.

Not sure how good that is, regardless of how many people might have commented..

The second ingredient is cane sugar!

At around 22% sugar, only around a 1/3 protein, hardly any fibre and next to nothing in good fats, no good carbs, no thanks!

Not only is it bad for your health it doesn't even contain the right macro-nutrients to achieve its purpose (as a meal replacement). Looks more like an energy drink.

It's also got quite a bit of artificial sweeteners, in addition to the 22% sugar!

        No wonder it "tastes great".

Do you think it makes you feel full? Like you had a meal?

You'd be better off with the average protein powder, in my opinion.

  • Price is in USD and shipping kills it

There's mixed info on the effectiveness of this supplement, consider this, from examine.com:

    Editors' Thoughts on Coenzyme Q10
Co-enzyme Q10 supplementation requires some thinking about how much one believes in the science and your financial state.

It is typically not cheap, and all the noticeable effects (more vitality) could potentially be placebo. It is very much a faith buy and the costs if you take it in the wrong manner (without a fatty transport) could be quite high financially.

A good supplier is also crucial, as it could alleviate costs greatly. Consider buying it online.

I put my faith in CoQ10 supplementation, but you will need to get your own opinion on the matter.
