I've done this too but the last one just expired out of the blue 3 months in, should have had 2 years left.
But when you add teh code it should have told you right away the expiry date of the code, couldn't you see it then ?
It did, and it said I had 700 odd days left. It then just expired randomly
Pretty hard for me to buy this for anything less than 100% off which I was paying the last few years.

Friends have purchased a 3 year licence on eBay for cheap and after six months they receive a message advising that the license is expirrd/invalid.
I purchased one for my dad a while back and his licence also expired/invalid after a short duration.
In most cases the eBay sellers are long gone before you can make a complaint.
Am I missing something? I'm seeing Antivirus Plus for $45.47, Internet Security for $64.97, and Total Security for $84.47. I don't see Internet Security for $29.95 anywhere.
My free license just expired. With my luck another freebie will come around after I buy a new one…
I find malwarebytes less intrusive.
