Just wanna compare what penalty rates do people get here when working public holidays…

If you are permanent on a 38hr week it is time and a half for 8 hours (plus the single time you get regardless)then double and a half

2.5 and don't public holidays excluding Christmas. Sad times :(

On a salary so no extra pay but get an extra day annual leave so better than nothing I guess :)

I haven't had to work public holidays for a few jobs now, but it was always 2.5x every other place I worked.
