  From experience used this and easy fold pop up tent like this. Won't waste money on this even $10.

      To build it is not a real challenge, the whinge is,

      Imagine this - under the hot sun, wife (gf) is watching, in front of dozen of be-etch goers, you try to erect this up as quick as possible on your own, but can't rush, listen to these whinges from the family and watch their faces suffering under the hot sun, the guys next to you arrive late, pop theirs up within 2 seconds, you will keep cursing what a bargain you have asked for…and remember I have told you so.

      It may be years back but the scar remains fresh…trust me…buy this only if you are single or want to become one.

        ROFL. You tell that story like the size of your manhood will be judged based on the quickness of your erection.

        Only some people will care… perhaps 95% of beach goers don't bother with such rubbish. Only a tiny proportion of people would carry and erect such a device on a beach anyway.

        I guess my view on it is that a $150 high quality Popup model will certainly be better quality and easier to assemble. That'd be a good thing for serious beach attendees who can justify the outlay.

        However this $10 one is better than nothing for the casual user who would otherwise tell their kids to slap on some sunscreen and stop whinging. And if the misses was complaining about being hot, tell her to go and jump in the water, sheesh!
