I need an expert advice in relation to my Telstra ADSL2 connection. I have been with them since May 2015 and I had never smooth connection. Every month I had an issue with my connection , either slow internet, modem can't sync with exchange, and etc. I lodged so many complaints to sort this out. Telstra sent a technician and fixed the issue, after a few weeks same issue. It has now been ongoing problem and I got answer from Telstra. I already lodged 6 complaints and never had a any response from Telstra.
In this situation, what will be my right so that I have a smooth internet connection.
