Can Someone Recommend Me a Few Debit Cards Options for Shopping Online, i.e. Amazon, Please

I heard a lot about 28 degrees credit card, but I doubt I could get one, as I have no credit card no credit records. And they ask 2 contact numbers when apply, but I only have a mobile number no home line. I don't want to use the office number which is shared by few people.

So I'm looking for an alternative debit card. I'm considering Citibank Plus, any better suggestions?

      Thanks, Citibank plus seems to be the only debit card.

        Otherwise it would be listed, that is is the purpose of the wiki, to stop the same question be asked.

    Won't be a problem at all. Companies love giving out CCs.

    Are you a Qantas Frequent flyer member. If you are, you are eligible to receive a Qantas Cash Card. This is a Mastercard and it works in a similar way to a Debit Card. You can load just the amount you want on it. I use it for online transactions. If you are not a Qantas member there are probably a few threads here about how you can get free membership.
