Yes but I don't remember it being free shipping for all orders. Perhaps they added that?
Definitely no free shipping on the original 40% off email - it's still in my inbox so just checked, and it only stated free shipping for orders over $70, so they must have just added it today as an extra incentive :) .
Rivers clothes are mostly a small step up from Kmart these days.. they still have some good items such as their plain boxers (no buttons)

Edit: Got it to work. Not sure if fault is somehow mine or a bug on their visa payment details section. When I enter the visa code for my card then mouse across to "Make payment" … nothing. Enter visa code, change focus to another part of the form then go to "Make payment", it works.
Wasn't this posted a couple of days ago?
