Top Loader Machine over 8 Kg

We had top loader from samsung which was defective model with fire issues. They giving us full refund. So need replacement.

Looking around i found lg but it had poor reviews. It seems samsung are best ones. But not sure if ok to go because of the fire issues.

What do you guys think? Or any recommendation? We do need top loader and over 8kg

We've had the 9.5kg LG for a year, and our daughter's had their 9kg model for 3 years. No problems so far.

I cannot recommend Fisher and Paykel enough. We have a current model with no issues, and our previous model (we moved to UK in 2003 and outlaws took it and they still have it) is still going strong.

  do expect lasts 5-7 years then issue with water inlet valves then goes the motherboard.

Choice recommends LG and Fisher and Paykel for top loaders so either brand would be a good buy.

Fisher Packel runs promo from time to time on top.

Eg like this rebate for laundry last year.

I found above. Lg was still mixed reviews. It seems most of 9kg or over are hit and miss. Ill stick to 8kg. Not clear reviews on above.
