Is Cdkeys.com Legit, or Another G2A?

They are selling Overwatch - Origins Edition PC at an incredible low price AUD 53.61, which is even cheaper than the standard version on battle.net.

I never bought Blizzard games from places other than Battle.net and EB games before. So I'm wondering is cdkey.com legit and safe to buy, or they just buy and resell games which are purchased using stolen credit cards like G2A?

    Yep they're legit.

They've had plenty of positive deals on Ozb before.

  • I've bought an XB Live subscription code from them no problems
Also 5% off for liking their FB page

  • I use both cdkeys & g2a without issue…

I have had issue with XBL on G2A being used before I redeemed it, but contacting them 4 months after, they cleared it up for me, so I would say that's a mistake with decent customer service. (didn't know their re-sellers have stolen CC's)

Don't use G2a. If you sign up for buyer protection you cannot cancel until 2 days before renewal (yes, its an ongoing subscription) - this is intended to make you forget.

Then when you attempt to cancel, they take you through a 10 step cancellation process (no you cannot click cancel, agree - its more like, cancel, agree, agree again, what is your credit card number, what is your email, sure you want to cancel, please wait for confirmation email, etc etc).

NEVER USE G2A. Only good things to say about other cdkey sites though. cdkeys.com is great.

    • Thanks for the heads up regarding G2A. Only just started using them recently, so far no problems with the purchases. Will set a reminder to cancel subscription before it re-bills.

      • wait until the 10 step process. so obnoxious. worth wasting my time hating them across the internet for sure.

    • I was planning to pick up overwatch during the beta from them but guess I made the right choice not to. CD keys jacked up their Overwatch price by about $17 so I think I'll just pop out to eb. Wanted the Winston figurine (they will pricematch JB's $79) and it just gives you that peace of mind that you won't run into any hassles with revoking keys and so on.

Hey all, I was looking if the Elder Scrolls V was on sale and was disappointed to find it was not on sale. However, I found it on CDkeys.com for the same price as the recent Spring Sale on Steam which I missed. I want to get it, but is CDkeys.com legit? Thanks!

      Yes

Refer to the countless number of deals, with the most recent post this month

    • Yeah they're legit, there's the off-chance you get a dud key or the key for the wrong game but their support is generally quite helpful. Same goes for Eneba in my experience.

Yes. Just make sure they key is for the right region or is region less, and check the item page for any other provisos or activation methods that may not suit you.

    • G2A is the one to watch out for, they had a history of dodgy keys. Although it's more of a market place than direct seller.

gg.play have a good breakdown of the risks and which stores have which risks - https://gg.deals/page/keyshops-risks/ - also a great place to search for the cheapest copy.

Just as an FYI, it's included in GamePass and is cheap to buy from Microsoft. Although that means installing the Xbox app on your computer and not having it in Steam.
