Telstra Valued Customer Bonus When Re-Contracting Mobile - $10 off M Plan, $20 off XL Plan Per Month

Hi guys

Though I would just let everyone know that telstra is offering a valued customer bonus.
I previously had $20 Bonus, and recontracted before my plan ended. 24x7 Chat was able to offer me $10 Bonus or $20 bonus off the XL plan.

      its ongoing im a new customer to telstra sales rep gave me the wrong info so they gave me a $20 discount on my plan effectively paying $99 for 1tb data speed pack and local national and aus mob 13/1300 extra 40 cents a call. Telstra network not perfect but still better then optus.

    $20 bonus off what plan previously? now an extra $10/$20 bonus on top for m/xl, so total $30/$40 bonus?

      Nope.
      Not extra bonus.
      Was getting $20 off Mobile Accelerate Plan $95.

    Guys, I tried to contact Telstra several times now using the 24x7 chat but got nothing but "NO!"
    I don't want to waste any more of my time chatting again. It seems that they really don't have that promotion.

    I just got off the chat thing with them. Gave me $10 a month off the L plan. Said no further $20 applies for XL. $10 was the best that they could do which is fine by me!
