Hi Y'all. I am trying to make a Virgin Happy Hour booking and so this is a little urgent :)) I have a small Virgin gift voucher, but when I put it into the payment field, all of the options for the payment of the balance require a $7.70 booking and service fee, which will equate to about 9% of the outstanding amount. The Poli pay option is only available to me if I don't use the gift voucher. Any tips?? Regards Pecky
In case it affects other people, the result of my phone call to Virgin Australia: I very polite Filipina (Philippines Lady) call centre lady said that she could process my booking without the fee, however she cannot process 'Happy Hour price' bookings. She said that multiple methods of payment cannot be done using Polipay & gift voucher.
