Probably same quality as de Bortoli Sacred Hill/McWilliams Inheritance which is around this time permanently.

Any wine that only say wine of Australia (and doesn't mention any other region or South East Australia is usually of inferior quality and should sell for a similar price.

Had this wine on a qantas flight once 4-5 years ago and it was drinkable and unoffensive.

Although I cant comment on the current vintage, I would think it is worth a punt at this price.

If the first one is bad, you have the in-laws covered for birthdays or christmas presents.
