If paying via PayPal you can cancel the subscription or after ordering and setup you can toggle renew on or off through the control panel.

Typically we don't offer free DNS server / redirection however if you like send an inquiry to support after your account has been setup. I would advise to use a free DNS provider if you don't intend on purchasing a package with us (freedns.afraid.org, etc)

My new domain is listed as "pending". I guess it takes a day or so to get working but will be looking for a simple redirect after this.

I got my order refunded due to supposed "fraud" because I ordered a domain name with details different to my Paypal account!!! That is ridiculous - so they only envisaged that people who would sign up would be individuals for personal use? Not companies etc?
Now I can't even submit a new order since the special has expired - great!
Won't be dealing with Frog Host again, and I sure wont be recommending them to anyone!

The reason we're so strict is because of the amount of fraud associated with domains and web hosting. When we get someone with a different name and email than their paypal it typically ends in either an instant flag by paypal or a dispute within a short time period. In fact in the short time period we had this run we had several instant paypal flags and refunds due to stolen accounts being used.
It is true the deal expired promotions in the past we've never seen such popularity so we ended up reaching our limit for this promotion. Typically it's where we're dealing with hitting the expiration date on a promotion.
