I bought a X1 bundle with two tomb Raider games. They are not discs, seems to be digital code but I havent opened the game yet. Not interested in this at all. I got an EA access coz I like sports games. I tried to sell on classified websites but nobody interested. Also it is not allowed to trade in via EB Games just because it is digital. What is the best way for me to get rid of it? I would like to sell both for around $55 or swap other games.

thats because your price is too high and people prefer physical copies for re-sale value. As an example, if i wanted those two games I'd pay what you are asking if they were physcal copies. Digital i wouldnt even pay $40.

Could always try the Classifieds on here, but be reasonable with your prices. Those codes can easily be emailed and redeemed, don't need the physical aspect of it

I also think you wouldn't have have any problems selling these if you lowered your price. As stated, they are digital copies after all and unfortunately have no trade or resale value once redeemed (just one of the few reasons why I dislike digital games). You could try selling them on Ebay? Only downside is that you would lose money on fees and postage. I would also recommend spending a few extra dollars on registered post if you end up selling them on ebay or Gumtree and they require to be posted.

Tomb Raider definitive might be a struggle to sell as it was free on GWG about 6m ago. I think lower your price. FWIW they're both excellent games.

Sell them on Gumtree but lower your price. New definitive edition from $23.88 and New Rise of the Tomb Raider from $54.99 and those are both physical copies, delivered; that people can sell once they're done with them, unlike a digital copy.
