I have a nice Targus one, similar to this one and I really like it. Although, I've recently switched to a Peak Design Everyday Messenger.

My recommendation would be one of the North Face bags, but that is no where near your price target.
I forked out for the old version of the 'Borealis' which was about $150 at the time but it was totally worth it, I have taken the bag around the world, mooshed in way more than it can handle and it doesnt have a single defect to show from it.
