Hey bargainers,
I'm after a one way flight back from the UK (I'll mostly be in Wales but had planned to leave from London anyway) around the 10th-15th of July. I've looked at all the usual sites and it's getting towards the 12 week pre-booking sweet spot. Cheapest I've seen until now is around $900 but I've just seen $756 with China Southern (unfortunately 36 hour trip) through Omega Flight Store. Just thought I'd post this and see if anyone might be able to help me find a better deal.

Yes it's decent considering it's peak season and a one way ticket.
Had a look on Kayak for you, China Southern is the cheapest. But it's always the cheapest and it's cheap for a reason. I would personally spend a bit extra and fly on Emirates which is the cheapest of the better airlines for your date range.
If you think 36 hours is bad then you're going to hate the cheaper option.. Also, that is absolutely dirt cheap for a one way flight at that time of year (and given your semi strict departure requirements)
My find was $713 not including checked baggage via Oslo, Bangkok & Singapore over the course of about 4-5 days (obvs this is with short stays in places). If you were wanting to check these places out then it'd probably work out for you but if you just want to get home then go the 36 hour $756 option.
