Get active before April 24 to qualify for higher earnings!

The Uber Service Fee is increasing from 20% to 25% on April 24. Activate your uberX account before this date to lock in the 20% fee - that's more money in your pocket!

Remember, any accounts activated on or after April 24 will be automatically subject to the 25% service fee - the countdown is on!

Also note these other great promotions by Uber Sydney:
* Earn $30/hour in fares guarantee. So for first 30 days in case you don't earn that much, uber will still pay you!
* Referral bonus of $400 to current uberX drivers if your friend join and make 20 trips. Find someone and split it 50-50 :-)

    I'm guessing there are a lot more conditions on that guaranteed $30/hour.

    Can't just go to some obscure place and have the app active for 10 hours a day?

If you are online for 5 or more peak hours across the week, operate in our core service area, accept 90% of trip requests, and complete at least 1 trip per hour, we will ensure at a minimum you will make our hourly guaranteed rate in fares. The good news is that the large majority of uberX partners do not rely on the incentive with average fares well above $30/hour!

    Here's how it works. Say you are online for 25 peak hours, earn $500 in fares, and meet all conditions.
    Uber's guarantee: 25 x $30 = $750 in gross fares
