Moving from Amaysim to Optus: what does it happen with the remaining credit ?

Hi there,

Quick question: let's supose I have something like 60 dollars of Amaysim credit, and I am considering to move to Optus as I can use the pool data and share the data amongst more than one device.

What does it happen to the remaining Amaysim credit? Would it be accredited back to my credit card ? Is it lost?

    Lost or will expire if you do not use it.
    They are two different companies so you cannot transfer credit from Amaysim to Optus.

      Yup, what Lysander said, just the same as moving between any other pair of unrelated providers, you lose any credit with the losing provider if prepaid, and you are breaking the contract if any if postpaid. It's not relevant that Amaysim buys network resources from Optus.
