  • I bought one of those at $75.59 delivered from pharmaonline. Free ship

  • This any good EC?

What it taste like? Compared to ON or BN?

    • Never tried it. A few bought it from last deal. Probably post a comment and see if anyone replies back with a mini review

      • EC I think it better to order 5kg as deliver is free and works out cheaper per kg.

  • Protein (g/100g) 74.3000
    Carbohydrate (g/100g) 11.3000
    Sugar (g/100g) 7.8000
    Fat (g/100g) 5.0000

Now that's weird… It's not very pure (low % protein), it's not for bulking (not enough carbs), so… what is it?

And always pisses me off when they say WPI and WPC, but no info on the ratio… is it 50:50? or 5:95?

      • +1

At this price point more WPC I would guess.

        • +1

          Exactly my point.

But whatever the $ if nobody tells you what the ratio is… you never know :)

        • @cheaty: Yep! I'm not that convinced on the brand also.

      • yeah true. They never tell you the ratios!

      • Well it seems reasonable to me to assume a much higher percentage of WPC than WPI, I mean that's the gimmick here, "dressing" WPC up with the association to WPI to sell WPC at a higher price due to an assumed benefit.

But I'm not even sure why you care so much: the nutrition labelling is the same standard regardless (same meaning you see what is in each product).

If you believe there's some benefit to be had from combining WPI and WPC (which is questionable IMO) you should be buying seperately to avoid paying "kind of" WPI prices for WPI and more expensive "kind of WPC".

  • There is 32 grams of protein in a litre of milk #thankmelater
