So I just bought a ThinkPad Edge E420 off Gumtree for 110$.
Configuration:
i5-2450M(2.5Ghz), 4GB RAM, 500GB 5400rpm HD, 14inch 1366x768 LCD, CDRW/DVDRW, 802.11bgn wireless, Bluetooth, 1Gbit Ethernet, Camera, 6c Li-Ion, Ubuntu Linux 15
Now I would like to install Win 7 x64 on this but can't, the damn thing won't boot from USB drive (4GB). I have made a bootable drive by using - http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as…
Before anyone asks, BIOS settings -
SATA > AHCI
USB UEFI > On
Boot > Both UEFI & Legacy, with priority on UEFI
Please help!
Why don't you just burn it to a DVD and install from that?
