Buying My Dog a Smart Phone

So I have decided to buy my dog a phone. because she has tendencies to chase rabbits then Runoff and I figure if a attach it to the harness I can both track her and call the neighbors who end up finding her.. I thought about a Trackr or chipolo etc but then after some research I realized they're all a load of rubbish bluetooth crap.. i thought they had a GPS in them .. turns out we aren't as technologically advanced as Bond is..

So What would you recommend for her? she is a Shepperd and she likes rabbits shes not a fan of apple though.

Ha Ha - should have posted this on April 1st.
If you do get a phone for the dog don't use Vodaphone as your carrier ( ha ha again as the shepherd will be the carrier) Vodaphones coverage is bad enough in the best circumstances let alone when the dog has half her body stuck down a rabbit hole!
Well done for thinking outside the square ( or I this case - outside the rabbit hole of life )
