I wonder why it's not valid at my closest store, which is in Toowoomba - whether that's counted as Brisbane or not.
Cold Rock Ice Creamery is a ripeoff of a US Ice Cream store called Cold Stone Creamery. They have the exact same concept (mixing of ice cream with toppings) and the name is really similar.

Hey guys - how many people have used this voucher so far? I just wanted to comment I printed it off and took it to the St Kilda VIC store last night, the guy working there said he had not been told anything by his boss about this coupon, and also had not seen any other of them. He did accept it in the end, but given the promo dates printed on the coupon from late March, I would have thought that at least someone else would have used it there by now?? It was accepted though, so thanks for posting :)

Last time I had a BOGOF from Cold Rock, the manager told me that the free one is the basic icecream only. We had to pay extra for the mixins on the 'free' one. I told the manager that's not what the offer says but he didn't care. Hopefully this isnt the way this offer goes too.
I wish you could do this for super shakes.
