Today's secret Adelaide Hills Shiraz is good. Really good. This is the second vintage in a row of this wine to score 96 points from James Halliday. It’s no surprise that these guys are fastidious with their fruit selection, opting only for the best rows and within them the best vines when producing this wine. It is a stunning single vineyard wine packed with black and blue fruits, liquorice, pepper and vanilla. It's a big beast for an Adelaide Hills wine and gob-smackingly delicious. It drinks well now but you could happily salt it away for a couple of decades too.
It retails for $38/bottle but today you can get a six pack for $120 (+$7.50 freight to anywhere in Aus - or - grab a couple of six packs and get it freight free for a total of $240!)
