Have both XiaoMi and Romoss, Romoss lighter and for a power bank, I prefer plastic and not metal.
Choose XiaoMi if you have a XiaoMi light or fan cos the power button on the Romoss will not work for those USB gadgets, you will need to unplug.

i bought the sense 6 plus (the one with the screen) on aliexpress for $34 so this doesnt seem like a good deal seeing that you can getthe sense 6 as well for cheaper than you are advertising. The one i bought is an original and runs perfectly.

Xiaomi 10000mAh pro is the only one that I'm aware of that does quick charge in and out. The Xiaomi 20000mAh will quick charge itself but not other devices.

Yes. One of the options is to plug the camera into the normal power charger which has a detachable usb cable similar to phones chargers. Another options is to remove the battery and plug it into a battery charger. I prefer the camera plug in method.
