You realise that these are all just predictions right? Time traveling hasn't been invented yet and no one here works for ebay, even if someone does, pretty sure they can't spill the beans.

Murphy's Law says that most likely, 2 days after you make a large purchase, so hurry up and buy something so that the rest of us can enjoy the sale!
Also, when they do run the next one, the retailer you want might not be included. I haven't traced all of the deals back over time, but they seem to be targetting sales at narrower sets of retailers and/or types of goods over time.
Probably just before the end of June to boost their sales figures for the year.

April 31st is the big eBay sale day
And in early June, start monitoring the prices of various vendors you plan to purchase from to make sure when the sale comes you avoid those that jack up their price….
