    • I got the same error, but when I registered first and then tried it, it seems to work. And I think you have to buy atleast stuff which is either for 1$ or more than that.

    I had error twice during check out (Error:Order has missing or mixed addresses.) and both the time they charged my card. OP, if you are associated then please fix this. Until then my -ve vote will stay.

        • I have the same issue. 5 pending transactions across 2 different cards before 1 successful one. Worried for those 5 transactions.
          Amcal's phone support is ridiculous.

  • They also said they oversold and some people probably won't receive theirs, even if they got their order in successfully. They also kept saying "Ozbargain" didn't post the deal correctly. That it shouldn't have been able to be click and collect and they've already sold out. Seems like a website problem to me. Didn't set it up to only allow it to be ordered for delivery and didn't put/update stock levels correctly. Also, charging for orders that don't go through successfully is a pretty big fail.

We have not over sold this item so please be confident that you will receive your order.

      • It didn't work for me when I tried it in Firefox, but it charged my credit card.

        I tried again using Chrome and it went through. I received the order confirmation within minutes.

        I'm not sure if it was a browser issue or I had to log out and log back in to my account, but it worked eventually.

        The problem is i've been charged twice. Will I receive a refund for the first attempt which didn't work?

          Yes that is correct if your order was unsuccessful we will be contacted your bank to release the funds to you. Successful orders will receive an email confirmation and invoice around 30 minutes of placing the order.

          I guess that means I won't be getting what I 'ordered' then, since I got the error twice and thought from previous comments that the order still went through as it was charged. I stopped trying in fear of ending up making 100s of orders and spending my life savings on 1000 years worth of dandruff shampoo.

      We actually fulfill the orders from our warehouse and send direct to the store. You will receive an email from the store when it is ready to collect.

      • Pretty slow in fulfilling the orders and refunding those duplicate payments. Do I need to call my bank to get a chargeback or will you guys take care of it?

        • The duplicate payments are still pending so the bank won't really do anything about it.

        Did a pick up at Coffd because I'm away for 2 weeks, now likely not end up picking it up if not ready by Wednesday.

        Ordered the 11th, just been told only dispatched on 15th…….so told theres a minimum 5 working days from there.

        Seriously Amcal, learn some lessons on offering customers click and collect that acually offers the customer some form of service.

        This is just ridiculous.

    I received an email to pickup my order but no shampoo, I entered the code and it showed the shampoo during the checkout. But the girl at the store said I had to add the shampoo in the cart which clearly is not what you said or others did. Can you let me know why this is the case?

    I got the shampoo, but not the citrus scented Active Sports that was promised.

    Instead, I got Icy Fresh - mint & cooling. Of all the varieties to get, I get the one I hate the most. If I want mint in my hair I'll wash it with toothpaste.

    Called them and they said I should have received an email stating the Active Sports one was out of stock (which I did not). They said I would be refunded for it (ie. $0) and to just dispose of the shampoo.

    Thanks Amcal. I wouldn't have bothered ordering if I didn't get the shampoo I wanted/ordered. And, having to wait well over a week to collect as well… Less than impressed.

    I feel like returning my entire order and never using Amcal again!
