    transit screws have been removed

are you sure you got all of them? we had the same problem, but was resolved when by removing all four bolts.

    • yup all 4 were removed

  • Check that all 4 legs share equal weight, it could be simply unstable.

    • Check this one, machine might be level but the floor might not be. If it doesn't have equal weight on each leg it'll try to run away too.

My MIL's new machine was similar, kept walking out from the wall until I balanced the load on the legs. The floor had a pretty big fall on it and meant that the feet were all different heights.

  • Some machines have transit screws and plastic bungs as well to be removed.

  • Check that the lock nuts for the feet are tight.
When it is vibrating feel the feet to maybe get an idea if one is not fully level.
While it is vibrating loosen the locknut on one of the feet and adjust it up and down to see if makes a difference, it doesn't need much to be out of adjustment to vibrate even if it feels firm by hand from the top.
I would speculate that most front loaders vibrate to some degree, I know our Beko does as it gets upto 1200 RPM but not to the extent that it goes walking which is just as well as it sits on a low bench so it can be accessed without bending.
The drum/load is probably never going to be 100% balanced and will be worse in larger capacity machines with small loads and some vibration will occur as spin speeds get higher and transmit in to floor to some extent.

  • A bag of sand will do the trick, it did with mine.

  • I would run it on high speed spin without a load to rule out(unlikely) manufacturing fault.

While it is spinning use a wedge or a screwdriver to lift the machine from the front left and then the front right leg. The one that improves the vibration is too loose and adjust it to minimise the vibration.

  • Could be something unhinged internally.
    Happened to me.
But agree with other spin and wash empty and see if problem persist.
If yes call seller, guarantee (by seller) is always better then voluntary warranty by manufacturer.
Seller will likely try to make you call factory.
