I think its an ebony and ivory rendition of the solo from Tornado of Souls, by Megadeth, originally composed by Marty Martin Friedman, Esquire during the late 20th century

mozart piano concerto no 21 doesnt sound like it..

its the song right after the end of this clip. i saw it on TV and dont have a recorded version of it and cant find it on the internet.
