Website to compare prices of vinyl records?

There's websites to compare prices for everything these days. We've got booko, staticice, boozle, shopbot, and I'm sure a lot of others.

Do you know of a website to find the cheapest vinyl records?

I've been using a combination of Discogs and eBay but I'm interested in something that's based in Australia.

Ah sorry didn't read you mentioned it already. It depends what you're collecting as well. If it's a particular artist, there is usually a forum dedicated to vinyls for that band, unless they are lesser known. Heaps of forums have buy and sells and you don't get ripped off as bad as ebay!

  • I'd like to know of something too. I usually find more often than not http://stores.ebay.com.au/importcds-au15 is one the cheapest for modern releases. Also Amazon UK often works out quite cheap when compared to local options. But it'd be nice to know if any other options are cheaper.

    • I like those guys too. But I always like to shop around in case there's a special edition - like the New Order clear vinyls.

  • Hey zzymurgy! I'm a bit late to the party but I've been working on exactly this for the last year! We are looking to launch in February. We've got a survey going at the moment to better understand the needs of fellow aussie record collectors: https://waxriver.typeform.com/to/NxTvOz If you could fill it out it would be a massive help!

Is there anything in particular you'd want to see from a vinyl comparison website?
