The real OzBargainers have a calendar where Easter is one week later.

"Daddy, all my friends tell me Easter is next weekend".

"Trust me, it's the weekend after".

I almost sprayed my computer screen.

      • Or in May. (See: Orthodox Easter.)

      • Orthodox Easter?

  • "100gm chocolate egg with 6 small dark chocolates" $1.37 is great. How much was the 100g bunny? Lindt cafe stores had them at 50% off easter weekend

    • 100g bunny is $2.25 at Target.

  • 50 cents 100 grams chocolate bunnies at Woolies at the moment.

    • Ahh, but are they Lindt?
The Cadbury Easter eggs seem to be poorer quality (read more sugar less cocoa) this year.

      • Almost correct question. Correct question is: "Are they made in Switzerland, specifically by the main factory in Kilchberg ?"
To my knowledge most of them are made in Germany, Italy and France which gives them a slight ( lesser ) taste.
Believe me, I lived next to the factory and their shop for 4 years.

What was the average waist circumference of the neighbourhood? Anyway, everyone knows that Germany is the land of chocolate.

  • $1.62 (or $1.66?) for 140 gram Lindt egg pack (white, original, dark assorted). Also 170-180 gram twix easter pack - $2.50 and cadbury 190-200 gram pack $2.50.
