I noticed that too but no matter how many things you add the postage is still the same so I think it's just their flat rate.
The title shouldn't read "free shirt" but rather $5 off all stock.
And it may be their flat rate but it still results in having to pay = not free.

Postage costs more than the "free" $5. Not a bargain.
The title should be changed to reflect postage cost. Its $9 to mail to 3842 for me.
