Topics like these have most diffently passed though on multiple occasions but here it goes anyway. I bought a Astro A50 gaming headset on 22/08/15 to use with my Xbox one, PS4 and pc. The problem arises that recently the micro USB type cable is not sitting in the port on the wireless mixamp proberly and tends to cut out during gaming sessions. This is NOT the first time it has done this as I have already had to replace the headset for the same reason. I am wondering if I can get a refund, I love the headset but if the warranty runs out and I can't get it replaced without paying out the rear (its a $419 headset) I would not be able to deal with myself.
Can I get a refund for my Astro A50 gaming headset?

Would they replace the busted part at all?
why not ask them?
I very much doubt they would provide a refund due to how warranties normally work. Unless the product was end of life and unavailable or you had it repaired or replaced 3 times I don't think you'd stand a chance.
